Load BlueNote on a new or existing computer
You can download the latest version of the BlueNote endpoint by clicking here. If you are running an older 1.x or 2.x version of BlueNote you can download discontinued clients by clicking here.

If you need support, or have a question that hasn’t been answered on our website, be sure to fill out our Support Request form.
Updating your software
You can update your BlueNote software from each computer by clicking on “Start” then “All Programs” then “BlueNote Endpoint” then choose “Check for Updates.”
Note: You will need to shutdown your Endpoint or System Manager during the update process. Updating the System Manager will disconnect all endpoints until the update is complete.
Discontinued Versions
Any version of BlueNote prior to version 4.0 has been discontinued. You can check your version by clicking on “Menu” then “Options.” The software version will either be displayed in the upper-right hand or lower-left hand corner. If your version is 2.x or lower then your software must be manually upgraded to version 4.x . If your version is 3.x or higher then you can use the “check for update” feature included with BlueNote as described above. You can download version 1.x and 2.x clients here.
