what is included in the price of BlueNote Communicator?

You get to install BlueNote Communicator on every computer within your practice. There is never a requirement to pay for anything else once you have purchased the BlueNote software program for your practice.

 

what kind of support comes with my purchase?

We want you to get started on the right foot, so phone support for the first 30 days is included. You’ll also have a year of unlimited priority email support.

 

how do you deliver updates?

Update notifications are delivered to each computer with an internet connection automatically.

 

can I get support when my year is up?

Sure enough. Extended year support packages are available to extend your BlueNote phone and email support for another year. Please contact our sales department for the current price.

 

how much will it cost to come back and add computers in a few years?

Nothing, BlueNote can be loaded on up to 80 computers in your practice. All BlueNote Endpoints are free and can be downloaded here.
